I never received my WhatsApp verification code.

Make sure the number you entered has WhatsApp installed and is connected to the internet. Codes expire after 5 minutes — request a new one if it has been longer. If the problem continues, email us the number you tried and we'll investigate.

How do customers leave a rating?

Print the QR poster for your branch from inside the app and put it somewhere customers will see it. Customers scan with their phone camera or visit tumaoni.com and type the 6-character branch code. No app install is needed for them.

Can the same customer rate the same employee twice?

No. We use a browser token and IP address to make sure each customer can only leave one rating per employee and one rating per business. This keeps your scores honest.

I added an employee but their photo isn't showing.

Photos must be a JPG or PNG under 5 MB. If yours fits and still isn't appearing, try a different image or contact support — we can check the upload on our side.

How do I delete a rating, an employee, or my whole account?

Employees and branches can be deleted from inside the app — this also removes their ratings. To delete a single rating or your entire business account, email admin@omojadata.org from the WhatsApp-linked address and we'll process it within 7 days.

Is Tumaoni free?

Yes — Tumaoni is free to use for businesses during the initial launch. We'll give you plenty of notice before that changes.
